In an all-new, never-before-seen game, players step into the role of Strangers, who are bounty hunters brimming with an appetite for revenge. The action RPG challenges players to traverse a variety of environments, while completing missions and defeating enemies—then hunting them down, in a brutal struggle for dominance. As a Stranger, players will be able to utilize a wide range of abilities, including long-range weaponry, close-quarters combat, and more.
The moment we’ve all been waiting for finally arrived: Final Fantasy Origin, the first Final Fantasy game to be developed by Square Enix in-house. After what feels like an eternity spent in development limbo, Final Fantasy Origin is finally here. That is, assuming you’re interested in picking up the game, which is a bit of a risk considering its age. The game is based on Final Fantasy VII, but the story takes place before the events of the original game, and (spoilers) you will play as a male mercenary named Edea who’s looking to make enough money to start a safe life.
However, contrary to previous rumors, it won’t be exclusive to the PlayStation 5. But there is actually a demo for that.
If you look in the PlayStation Store, you can already find Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin Trial Version, a demo of the game that will be available until the 24th. June, 8 p.m. PT. It will be followed by a survey, which will be held from 13 June to the 30th June is available via the demo menu screen. Switch between the two selected tasks during combat. Each mission can be equipped with a different weapon and has its own attack style. The classic skills of the Final Fantasy series appear alongside the original weapon skills. The appearance of characters also changes depending on the armor they wear. Use Soul Strike to deal a final blow when your opponent is low on energy.
Turn the enemies into crystals and get a small amount of Jack’s MP by breaking them. Sacrifice MPs to give Jack a temporary boost, which knocks enemies down when used and makes it easier to hit them. Powerful monsters, so strong they can become bosses themselves, will stand in your way. A little more time passed before I got a request for a new plan, so I combined the two ideas and came up with the following. We did our best to find that challenging middle ground for this mature and elegant title. As many of you know, I’m a huge fan of the “Final Fantasy” series, and have actually played all of them at least once. I’ve been anticipating the launch of “Stranger of Tempest,” and the demo released at E3 last week has given me a tremendous amount of hope for the game.
